Can you tell I forgot my iPod and am having to use my dad’s yet? Today marked the first time that I have done any sort of speed work in probably 2 years. It took me a bit to understand what was the “right” speed (see variance in my times above) but overall felt really good.
One problem? Like a knucklehead I left my shoes out in the rain last night so they were a bit wet. Oh well, glad to get to a point where I feel like some speed work is actually beneficial. Now it’s time to go counteract all this running with way too much Christmas food (and maybe drink).
Good God man, 6:11??? I need to get faster or you need to get slower, you are giving me quite a complex. I like the tunes you are rocking to though!
