Tough run today, my legs were tired from yesterday and from walking fast last night. In typical Ted fashion, that means I pushed harder today, again making for the fastest run so far in the #Chub-off. The new shoes felt pretty good, however with sore legs it was hard to tell. I again plan on walking tonight with the family. That gives me four 20 minute+ sessions in 2 days, Mike continues to lag mightily.
Again………..I had to walk because we were spending most of our time getting ready for the meetings tomorrow.

I had a great run today. I felt good and strong. I ran faster than I have so far on the Chub-off. I weighed in this morning and I had lost another pound, my total domination of Mike is beyond belief. He better start picking up his game! I also ordered new shoes, which should be arriving today. I hope to start running outside in the mornings in the next week or two. I also plan on walking tonight with the family.

Friday night I did not end up walking, Saturday was a complete wash out, since I spent the evening with a couple of friends eating Bacon Explosion and drinking beer. Sunday I redeemed myself as I rode my stationary bike 48 minutes and did a family walk Sunday night. Not a bad week, doing 8 20 minute+ session this week, and still dominating Mike! I will try to get better about posting updates daily, but this weekend was pretty darn busy!
Between mowing the front and walking Bo, I did about 20 mins – not good

Forgot to weigh in this morning, but I did run again today. I ran a bit faster and I felt okay. My left ankle was a little tweeked and I may ride the bike this weekend instead of running. My shoes are quite worn out and my new shoes will not get to me until Monday night. I also plan on the nightly family walk tonight.

93 and Sunny – Lots of running and walking today, virtually no wind and it is really hot. I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3.4 pounds so far (242.8) so at least the scale is moving in the right direction. My back hurts a little bit but not nearly as much as when it is cold/damp.
