Another day, another speed record! Tomorrow I am going to run slower or do the stationary bike. I ran hard the whole way and I felt okay, but I was pretty tired at the end and my legs are a bit sore. Within a week, I should be back to the same speeds I was running before the half in April! My plan is to walk tonight and then take it easy tomorrow with a slow recovery run. My weight loss stays at 8 pounds, which is not as good as I wanted, but it okay for 22 days with a 3 day vacation thrown in.
