The Great Chub-off!

Rhonda and I went for a really long walk today, about 5 miles. I bought some new shoes today and used on the walk (supernova)
Back feels ok

My back was really hurting today so I haven’t done anything……

Walked – Humid, my back was really sore from Thursdays run

63 Cloudy and Humid – My legs were very sore today but since the temps were cooler today I got out and ran, strong north wind today but I only walked once.

72 Cloudy and Humid – My legs were kind of sore today but my back felt OK so very glad I got out there

Ted continues to take a beating, my latest weigh in should send him straight to the nearest pizza parlor with tears in his eyes knowing all hope for victory is lost.
Raining so I just walked today on treadmill

I am getting sick of just walking but my back hurts more today than yesterday, very depressing

61 and Sunny/Cool – Back still hurts but I walked again at lunch.

63 and Sunny/Cool – The pain specialists at St. Marys advised against me exercising today but I couldn’t help it. My back is super sore today though, I think probably from the run Monday and riding for 6.5 hours yesterday. Ted had a sore heel……childs play compared to me……and didn’t run for a year.
I do feel like it loosened up a bit from the walk though.
