Did not get up this morning to run and I had a noon meeting, I decided to run after lunch. I now know why runners generally do not eat lunch and then go run. I ran the entire 30 minutes @ 52.MPH, but it was a struggle all the way. The only good news is it is done and I can run BEFORE lunch tomorrow.
No workouts today. I need a rest day today, so I am taking one. No walk tonight, since everyone will be gone, but I will be running tomorrow morning. No weight loss this morning on my weigh in, but we will see how the week progresses.

Ran this morning, the weather was AWESOME. I ran 4.19 miles and I could have run a lot farther. My pace sucked (12’s) but I got the run in. I plan on running outdoors only on the weekends until school is back in, then start running in the mornings (Molly and Alex have to be up anyway). I continue to walk in the evenings with the family, both Friday and Saturday evening, and I plan on walking again tonight. I hope to hit my goal weight by 1/1/10.

Took a running break to use the stationary bike in preperation for a 4 mile run tomorrow. I did pretty good on the food yesterday and I hope to have lost another pound when I weigh in on Monday.

Took a running break to use the elliptical today for a good workout. Running tomorrow morning. I fell of the wagon hard last night, eating beer and chicken wings, I hope to repent for the “sin” tomorrow.

I was on a business trip to San Francisco earlier in the week, and normally that means a pound or two added back on or, Chub-on! However, I managed to keep my eating well within check, and I even got a 30 minute run in at the hotel on Tuesday. This morning, the scale affirmed that I did the right thing, by showing me another pound of weight loss, for 11 total for the month! Domination of Mike continues.
No exercise today, but the scale did show a pound loss. I am a bit sore from yesterday, but I am going to run tomorrow morning for sure.

While Mike was on his tour de pie, I was working to insure I lose another pound as soon as I can. I hope to be in the double digits of loss by Wednesday. I had a good ride today, my legs felt strong and I am planning on running tomorrow AM. My domination continues and by Mike’s own rules, he is disqualified!

Did not post anything yesterday, as it reflected what I did. I did not walk or run yesterday in preparation for my run this morning. (My legs were a bit sore). I managed to drag my lazy butt out of bed and run before it hit 90 degrees this morning, I will have a mini-cheat day on the food today, walk tonight, and I plan on riding the bike tomorrow. This is actually becoming a habit!

Awesome run today, another speed record, another pound lost, hitting all of caloric goals daily, not too bad. I am glad I did the elliptical yesterday, it really helped with the run today. Walking again tonight and hoping to lose one more pound this week for 10 total and only 43 to go.
