Took yesterday off (accidentally), but got right back on the horse today. I had a really good run, I felt great and I hit another speed record today. I plan on running longer tomorrow at lunch, since I will miss my long run on Saturday. I am completely dominating Mike!

Nice, strong run. I felt good the whole way and sprinted out at the end. I am really starting to get back into the running. I got up right away this morning and got the run in. I am actually looking forward to continuing my morning runs and building my speed back up. With any luck, I should be able to run my fastest half-marathon in November, though my goal is to run the entire half.

Good run today. It was a bit humid, so I had to walk for a little while, but I ran farther AND faster than last Saturday. I am planning on a rest day tomorrow, then running every day next week. My domination is almost complete!

Hit the elliptical at lunch today, I love the upper body workout setting and I did it a level higher than usual. My legs are feeling really good and strong. I am going to run 5 miles or so tomorrow AM. I am going to ATTEMPT to be up early to beat the heat. I really hate running in 90 degree weather.

73 Cloudy and Humid – Very humid – I was able to run between the thunderstorms, its really pouring out there now.
I thought it was quite funny how Ted told me about the articles to add more calories to my diet to lose weight – what a sign of desperation on his part to try that little trick on me. hahahahahah

Another very good run today. I started out @ 5.4MPH and moved all the way up to 7MPH (okay for only about a minute). I am feeling stronger everyday and I think I have established a habit! 13 pounds down, 40 to go.
The administrator of this website has engaged in unsportsmanlike conduct changing the site, yes it is TED.
I walked today and yesterday around the arena past DQ to the pier then back again.
I have been doing very well on my diet, I am now comfortably down 1 belt loop. My back is still bothering me (probably stress related)
I will annihilate Ted in this contest.
PS – Are there any other fat slobs out there that want a piece of this?

I got trapped in a meeting today that caused me not to be able to run at lunch. I may update this post tonight if I get an opportunity to ride the stationary bike, however, I did want to post to note that the scale showed a two pound loss today! That makes 13 total pounds, complete domination over the non-posting Mike. I hope this is related to the additional 500 calories I added to my diet on Monday, but it seems much to soon to see any benefit from that.
UPDATE: I got the ride in late last night.

Yesterday (rest day) I did some research which indicated that I am eating far too little. I am averaging about 1900 calories and about 700 calories of exercise (net of 1200). I have bumped up my caloric intake by 500 calories, which should give me an average of 1700-1800 net calories. Hopefully that will help me lose weight and keep my energy levels up. At this moment I am letting my body reset to the new intake.
I did get a very good run in, actually managing another record with a full 3 miles in my run. My speed is nearly where it was in April, and with luck and dedication, I will be running sub-10 minute miles by September. I am still dominating Mike on exercise and weight loss, so that trend continues.
Good run today, it was quite humid
