Hit the elliptical at lunch today, I love the upper body workout setting and I did it a level higher than usual. My legs are feeling really good and strong. I am going to run 5 miles or so tomorrow AM. I am going to ATTEMPT to be up early to beat the heat. I really hate running in 90 degree weather.

Good work on the Elliptical today and I treated myself to a Subway BLT for lunch. Minor cheat action tonight, as Molly and I are going out to eat, but I am going to try to be good. Still holding @ 11 pounds and still a little frustrated by it, but I am clinging to the hope that the weight will start peeling off in a week or two.

Took a running break to use the elliptical today for a good workout. Running tomorrow morning. I fell of the wagon hard last night, eating beer and chicken wings, I hope to repent for the “sin” tomorrow.

Happy 7-8-9!! I tried to ride stationary bike today, but the bikes at the club were in fail mode. I ended up on an elliptical machine and I was impressed on the workout I got. This machine actually changed angles and up’d the resistance on my arms and made me push or pull as the program dictated. It was weird, but a good workout. I forgot to weigh in this morning, so I am holding steady @ 8 pounds. More walking tonight to continue the total and complete domination of Mike.
