Well from running my back was very sore so today I walked about 3.0 miles at lunch, I am going to soften the treadmill deck at home and try running on that this weekend.
If I am still pounding my back I will incline it as much as I can and walk/run trying to keep my HR at around 155

I thought it was quite funny how Ted told me about the articles to add more calories to my diet to lose weight – what a sign of desperation on his part to try that little trick on me. hahahahahah

I walked today and yesterday around the arena past DQ to the pier then back again.
I have been doing very well on my diet, I am now comfortably down 1 belt loop. My back is still bothering me (probably stress related)
I will annihilate Ted in this contest.

I just walked today, it was very hot, I would have ran but I had a noon meeting and planned to run at 5:00 but that never works

78 Cloudy and Humid – Well my new shoes seemed to work pretty good, I did have to walk today but that was OK because I didn’t want my back to start hurting
Rhonda and I went for a really long walk today, about 5 miles. I bought some new shoes today and used on the walk (supernova)
